Filum terminale hemangioblastoma is an extremely rare tumour with only a few case reports in the literature. The natural history is unknown but benign as well as more aggressive presentations have been reported. A rare case of hemangioblastoma located in the region of hippocampus is reported. A 27-year-old female presented with a single episode of generalized convulsion. The vascular and cherry red color hemangioblastoma was resected by a temporo-zygomatic approach. There has been no recurrence of tumor at a follow-up of 11 years.
